Bolt: Dying ... I think a lot of people just they see you run and they say ohh it look so easy, it look effortless. But before you get to that point its hard, like hard work.

It's day-in day-out sacrifice, day-in day-out just dying.

This time when you running, you just want to stop yourself and want to give up like there, and you just want to go home.

The day when you get up, you know what, you have a training today, you know its going to be intense thing, Oh god!, I dont want to go today, but you got to go, is so hard, people don't know. 

Reporter: we are not used to see you so suffering

Bolt: Thats why you guys are here. so the true story in it

Reporter: This here is the reality? Do you mean that competition is not the reality?

Bolt: Listen! The work is behind the scene. Competition is easy part. Behind the scenes is where the work is done. Every thing is done to get that one reason, you need to run.
